Aleksandar Bogdanović, former Minister of Culture & Media, Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in governance, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Holding several advanced degrees, including a current doctoral pursuit at SWPS University in Warsaw, he has also served as an honorary professor at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and an adjunct professor of management at the International American University. His technical skills span programming, web development, and database management, while his soft skills include strong communication, leadership, and adaptability. Notably, his professional journey includes significant roles such as the Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro, Minister of Culture and Media, and Mayor of Cetinje.
Throughout his career, Bogdanović has been recognised with numerous awards, including the prestigious Order of the Star of Italy and being named Best Mayor of the region in 2014. His contributions to public service are further highlighted by his positions as President of the UNESCO National Commission and various roles in the Montenegrin Parliament.
